1. Parvana's family embraces Shauzia as if she was an old friend because since you couldn't talk with neighbours it was rare for anyone to interact with each other. So everyone welcomed Shauzia as a old friend since she cant be a spy because she is young but is friends with Parvana.
2. When Parvana ran in to Shauzia I think she felt happy to see a kid like herself because she hasn't seen anyone her age for a long time. I wouldn't feel anything if I was Parvana because all I care about is making money and supporting my family. When I was India I met some people I forgot about and them remembered them.
3. Parvana feels uncomfortable about digging bones for money because she doesn't want to get in trouble and she feels that it is wrong. I would dig up the bones if I really need the money because which other way can I earn money and have enough to pay for all the fees?
4. Parvana keep her job digging bones from her family because she knows that her mother would deny her doing it and the money Parvana earns selling and reading letters is enough for food and tea but not enough for rent and other things.
